Wingardium Leviosa!

Oh wow, this has got to go on my Christmas list.

Check out this video of the latest toy – “Fly Stick” – and tell me you are not impressed.

All done with static electricity somehow, but sure looks like magic to me :)

Muggers and shoplifters rejoice – soon you will be invisible

Now I’m all for progression in science and especially when its “magic” science that gives us the ability to fly, lift things by thinking about them or shoot thunderbolts from your fingers. But I’m wondering why we might want to develop an invisibility cloak.

I’m sure the military will be interested of course, allowing them to sneak up on those classrooms and baby food factories without being seen, but who else? Certainly muggers and shoplifters would have one on their Christmas list. Tony the terrorist perhaps.

How about we sew a load together to cover up a car. Or a house?

Lets give this one some thought folks, as this could get serious…
