Today’s the day

Today’s the day that everyone’s favourite particle accellerator, the LHC, is turned on. Torchwood are at the ready, Radio 4 is online and the boffins have all got clean pants on.

Wow, who would have thought that the BBC would ever have an article that mentioned John Brrowman, Andrew Marr and D:Ream (“Things can only get better” folks) on the same page? Nope, me neither, but they have managed it in the article about the upcoming Torchwood radio play on the day the LHC is fired up. And i wonder if there’s a hint of innuendo in the title “Big Bang day”, given that it also mentions Eddie Izzard along with everyone’s favourite multi-sexual time agent?
